Concerning conflict prevention, I offer the following services:

Counselling is the main activity of Consulting in World Heritage related to conflict prevention. Assistance in the preparation of nomination dossiers for World Heritage |
| EVENTS |
On request, I conduct seminars, workshops, lectures and
conferences about the World Heritage system, the case of the Dresden Elbe Valley, the implementation of the World Heritage Convention, the concepts of cultural landscapes and historic urban landscapes |
| COMMUNICATION |
I ensure communication between the stakeholders involved with World Heritage, such as local communities, during the preparation of nomination dossiers for World Heritage |
| EXAMINATION |
In order to prevent potential conflicts, I check the
aspects related to urban development as well as legal questions in the nomination dossiers for World Heritage |
| RESEARCH |
Research activities are an integral part of the services offered in the frame of conflict prevention |
| EXCURSIONS |
Guided
tours are organised on the site of the Dresden Elbe Valley including an
explanation of the conflict leading to its delisting from the World
Heritage List |

| PROJECT MANAGEMENT / DIRECTION |
When urban development projects are foreseen on World Heritage Sites or their buffer zones, I prepare a chronology for the project development as well as alternative offers and I conduct Heritage Impact Assessments |
| COMMUNICATION | I ensure the management of communication between stakeholders during the conduction of the project |
