| Being
an Expert of the UNESCO World Heritage system in general, of legal
questions and questions related to urban development concerning the
protection of the World Heritage Sites particularly, I offer my
services to international, national and local governmental
institutions, to non governmental organisations and to private
companies. The major identified problems concerning the protection of the World Heritage Sites are related on the one hand to development and infrastructures, and on the other hand to management and legal questions. My goal is to ensure the protection of our common heritage and the implementation of the World Heritage Convention while promoting an integrated and sustainable urban development. To reach this goal, my objectives are two-fold: prevent and manage conflicts related to legal questions and to urban development at the World Heritage Sites. |
